Although the forex market is open 24 hours per day there are certain times which are better to trade Forex than others.The best time to trade forex is when the markets for the main currency pairs are open. You should find a time when both markets on a certain currency pair is open at the same time (overlapping times).
The market will be much more volatile during these times. Trading EUR/USD when the American market is open but European market is close will lead to a very slow move and not much excitement.Look for a time when both markets on the currency pair is open. That will be your best time to trade Forex on that particular currency pair.
